Please read to the end as this letter contains important information about Vacation Bible School (VBS) at Grace Family Church. We are so excited for your children to join us in VBS this year! This week the children will learn about Biblical Truths every day!

- Sunday, June 7th, you and your family are invited to join us for our church service at 11:15 AM. Afterwards lunch will be served for everyone at 1:00 PM. Kids check-in will begin at 1:45 PM, and the program will start at 2:00 PM. Pick-up at 7:30 PM.

Arrival and Check-in 🚗
When you arrive, please follow the guides of our parking and safety team on where to park. We ask that you park your car and take the child to the check-in table. Please check-in and check-out your child every day, for security purposes we will not allow children to check-in or check-out by themselves without an adult.

Water Games 💦
On Saturday, Tuesday, and Wednesday (3 days) we will have water games for sports.
For each water day please make sure your child brings:

- Swimsuit (one-piece for girls or a t-shirt over)
- Complete change of clothes
- Water shoes (flip flops)
- Towel
- Plastic bag for wet clothes

Your child will receive a VBS t-shirt to wear every day to camp.

Dress Up Day 🤠
On Sunday, June 7th we will have a dress up day, no water games on that day. The theme is Wild West (think of cowboys/cowgirls, pioneers, marshalls and sheriffs). Please plan accordingly for your child to come dressed up. Homemade costumes are encouraged.

Pick-Up & Assembly Information ⛪
Parents are welcome to stay for the assembly in the morning starting at 10 AM (Sunday at 2:00 PM) and in the afternoon starting at 3:00 PM. Please pick up your child by 3:30 PM daily. On Sunday, please pick up your child by 7:30 PM.
When you come, please check your children out right away and you may pick them up when the assembly ends. Also, children are not released from the sanctuary until their parent/guardian physically comes in and picks them up. Please discuss this with your child, also ask them to stay in their seats until you come to get them.
If you are unable to pick up your child, please make arrangements for another adult to do so and notify us.
Child is not feeling well? 🤒
If your child is not feeling well, please keep them at home for the day. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Irina at 916-844-4669.
